Inside Bets
Players can wager on single numbers or combinations of numbers (up to six).
Single Number (Straight Bet):
Place a bet on any individual number between 1 and 36. A winning bet pays 35 to 1—meaning a €1 bet on number 21 returns €35 if successful.
Two Numbers (Split Bet):
By placing a chip between two adjacent numbers (vertically or horizontally), you cover both. The payout for this bet is 17 to 1.
Three Numbers (Street Bet):
Bet on a row of three numbers by placing a chip at the bottom of the column. The payout is 11 to 1.
Six Numbers (Line Bet):
Extend your bet to six numbers by placing the chip at the intersection of two rows. The payout is 5 to 1.
Four Numbers (Corner Bet):
Cover four adjacent numbers by placing the chip where they meet. The payout is 8 to 1.
Trio Bet:
A special bet covering zero and two adjacent numbers.
Basket Bet:
This wager includes zero, the first row of numbers, and a corner combination.
Outside Bets
These bets involve larger groups of numbers, colors, or other categories.
Columns:
Bet on one of the three vertical columns (12 numbers each). The payout is 2 to 1.
Dozens:
Similar to columns, but covering horizontal groups of 12 numbers. Payout remains 2 to 1.
Low (1-18) & High (19-36):
Bet on whether the ball will land in the lower or higher half. Payout is 1 to 1.
Even/Odd:
Wager on whether the winning number will be even or odd. Payout is 1 to 1.
Red/Black:
Bet on the color of the winning number. Payout is 1 to 1.
These are the fundamental rules of the European wheel game, but other variations exist—each with slight differences in layout and betting options.
Types of Wheel Games
Just like traditional table games, the wheel game comes in several versions. The most well-known are:
European Wheel
The classic version features numbers 1-36 and a single zero (green). Numbers alternate between red and black.
American Wheel
Similar to the European version but includes an additional double-zero (00), increasing the house edge.
French Wheel
Uses a single-zero wheel like the European version but includes unique betting options with French terminology.
Other Variations

Mini Wheel
A simplified version with only 13 numbers (0-12). Payouts are lower (e.g., 11 to 1 for a single number), and the house edge is slightly higher.
Multi-Wheel Game
Players can bet on multiple wheels simultaneously (usually 2-6). While this speeds up gameplay, it also increases risk due to faster betting rounds.
Multi-Ball Game
Instead of one ball, multiple balls are in play, leading to quicker results but lower payouts.
Each variation offers a unique twist on the classic game, catering to different player preferences. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, understanding the rules and strategies can help maximize enjoyment and potential success.
